Inclusion & Social Impact Council

Laura Dieudonné has been an active CLOC member since 2016, serving in multiple leadership roles including Atlanta Regional Group Lead, Scholarship Committee member, and a founding member of the inaugural Education Advisory Council. She currently leads CLOC’s Inclusion & Social Impact Council, which she helped establish. The Council fosters a professional environment rooted in access, opportunity, and belonging, developing inclusive leadership, advancing equitable practices, and promoting a culture where everyone in legal operations can thrive.

As the Legal Operations and Administration Director at Delta Air Lines, Laura drives innovation and efficiency across the law department. Since joining Delta in 2015, she has implemented the company’s first document management system, introduced a redlining tool and KPI reporting system, and supported automation efforts for third-party subpoena responses. She manages Delta’s legal operations and administrative teams, oversees KPI reporting, and provides key financial and budgeting oversight. Laura also serves as Chairperson of Delta’s Law Department Operations and Technology Committee.

Before joining Delta, Laura held leadership roles with Ogletree Deakins, FisherPhillips, Orrick, and Pillsbury Winthrop. She holds a B.S. in Pre-Law and Policy from Liberty University and an A.A.S. in Human Resources Management from DeKalb Technical College. With more than 25 years of management and human resources experience, Laura is known for her leadership in team development, budgeting, and employee engagement, as well as her dedication to building inclusive, high-performing environments. She leads with empathy and authenticity, bringing a personal touch to every aspect of her professional leadership.

An active CLOC member for more than seven years, Mark has served on the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Council, spoken at CLOC Global Institute, and contributed to initiatives such as CLOC Cares and the CLOC Talk podcast. He’s passionate about creating spaces for mentorship, connection, and belonging within the legal operations community.

Mark leads Legal Operations, Strategy, and Artificial Intelligence for Zillow Group’s Legal & Compliance organization, where he serves on the General Counsel’s Leadership Team. Since joining Zillow in 2020, Mark has shaped the company’s legal operations function into a model of innovation—integrating business strategy, AI, and operational excellence to help transform how Zillow delivers on its mission to make home a reality for more people.

With a career spanning leading roles at Netflix, Activision Blizzard, and now Zillow, Mark brings deep experience at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and law. His leadership emphasizes efficiency, collaboration, and the power of technology to amplify human potential.

Outside of work, Mark co-chairs Pride at Zillow, advises legal tech startups on AI and inclusion, and serves on the Advisory Board for Cloud Court, an AI startup focused on transforming legal workflows. He’s a lifelong learner who believes the future of legal is both human-centered and data-driven.

As a CLOC board member, Donovan is driven by a passion for innovation, inclusion, and community impact. He believes that when legal teams combine smart technology with human connection, they unlock new ways to deliver value and strengthen organizations worldwide.

At Intel Corporation, Donovan serves as Head of Global Operations for the Corporate Affairs, Policy, Integrity, Trade & Legal (CAPITL) organization, where he is guiding a major transformation focused on automation, analytics, and operational excellence. With more than 20 years of experience at Fortune 500 companies—including Walmart, Microsoft, and Doosan Bobcat—he brings deep expertise in process design, leadership, and strategic execution.

A founding member of CLOC’s DEIB Council and co-creator of CLOC Cares, Donovan blends innovation and service to advance CLOC’s mission of community-driven impact. A frequent CGI presenter and facilitator, he uses his platform to amplify diverse voices and inspire collaboration across the profession.

Beyond CLOC, Donovan teaches project management at the graduate level and leads digital transformation initiatives for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. A proud father of ten and homeschooling advocate, Donovan lives his values of service, inclusion, and leadership—at home, in his community, and across the global legal ecosystem. 

Kunoor Chopra is Co-founder and Vice President at Elevate. She built the legal services offerings that are part of Elevate’s portfolio of solutions, including in litigation, contracts, compliance, and intellectual property. Kunoor works closely with customers to understand their enterprise challenges and brings the right suite of technology, services, and consulting to meet their needs. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded the transformation of the legal industry by creating platforms that provide effective and efficient options to obtain, manage, and perform legal services. Kunoor is a licensed California attorney and previously practiced general litigation with Nossaman and Fulbright & Jaworski in Los Angeles.

Madison Filzer is the Manager of Publicis Media Contracts at Publicis Media, based in New York, NY. She specializes in legal and contract operations, negotiations, and project management, with work centering on AdTech solutions and corporate compliance. Madison’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) began at the University of Cincinnati, where she served on the inaugural Student Diversity and Inclusion Council. She later pursued graduate research at Sarah Lawrence College, focusing on activism and leadership.

Tanea Foglia is the Senior Director of Practice Management at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, based in Kensington, MD. She is a seasoned operations and client experience leader with expertise in transforming service delivery, strengthening organizational performance, and guiding cross functional teams through strategic growth. As Senior Director of Practice Management & Client Experience, she leads firmwide initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance client engagement. A committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Tanea integrates DEI principles into leadership development, operational strategy, and experience design.

Kristin Follis is the Legal Operations Specialist at Kodiak AI, Inc., based in Huntington Beach, CA. She focuses on building scalable, efficient legal programs that support fast-growing, innovative teams at a leading developer of AI-powered autonomous vehicle technology. With over 15 years of in-house experience across industries including aviation and healthcare, Kristin is an active leader in the Southern California legal operations community, where she has served as a CLOC Regional Co-Chair.

Jessica Klinger is a product and program leader with deep experience building equitable, compliance-driven tooling that supports global Trust & Safety, Legal, and Monetization teams at Uber and, formerly, at TikTok. Throughout her tech career, she has centered diversity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity in both systems design and leadership, ensuring that moderation workflows and policies protect vulnerable communities. Jessica has also served as a long-standing ERG leader, helping build inclusive, compliant escalation processes. Prior to her career in technology, she worked in film and television in Los Angeles.

Catherine Krow is the Managing Director at BigHand, based in San Francisco, CA. She helps law firms and legal departments use data to drive equitable talent development, cost transparency, and effective project management as the Managing Director of Impact Analytics. A former litigation trial lawyer and litigation partner at Orrick, Catherine has extensive experience in high-stakes litigation. She is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker on legal technology, DEI initiatives, cost analytics, and AI in law.

Ty Lim is the Chief of Staff & Director of Legal Operations at Lyft, based in Oakland, CA. He is a strategic legal operations executive with over 15 years of experience driving transformation and scaling global teams at high-growth tech companies. Ty oversees a large global legal department, leading strategy and business operations, enterprise technology implementations, M&A integration work, and cross-functional partnerships. Throughout his career, Ty has been an active leader in both LGBTQ+ and Asian & Pacific Islander employee resource groups, focusing on DEIB and cultural education.

Brian Moretti is a Senior Corporate Development Consultant at Cimplifi, based in Cranston, RI. He focuses on strategic growth, client engagement, and advancing best-in-class legal operations practices across the industry. As a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Brian brings deep operational insight and a commitment to elevating the role of legal ops as a driver of innovation and positive organizational change. His service on the CLOC Inclusion & Social Impact Council reflects a deeply personal commitment to fostering access, belonging, and equitable opportunity within the legal operations community.

Gabriela Pereira is the Head of Legal at ZENVIA, based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. She is a legal executive with over 15 years of in-house experience, currently serving at a Nasdaq-listed Brazilian SaaS company. Throughout her career, Gabriela has built and scaled legal teams in high-growth environments, combining strong legal judgment with a focus on efficiency and innovation. An early advocate of Legal Operations, she co-created Brazil's first Legal Operations community, which later evolved into CLOC Brasil, and she currently leads its mentoring program.

Sophie Rodgers is the Senior Legal Operations Manager at YouGov, based in London, England. She is a senior legal operations and digital transformation leader who shapes operational strategy, standardises processes, and drives technology-enabled transformation across global teams. Sophie has over six years of experience in legal operations, consulting, and investment environments and is passionate about delivering meaningful social impact. She holds a First Class LLB in Law and an LLM with Distinction in Human Rights Law from Queen's University Belfast.

Mike Russell is the Head of Global Legal Operations at Expedia Group, based in Seattle, WA. For more than 30 years, he has built teams and designed systems to continuously improve legal operational efficiency and value. Mike is a frequently referenced author and speaker entrenched at the intersection of law practice, technological innovation, and business process expertise in legal service delivery. Previously, he established and led legal operations and process excellence for the Ingersoll-Rand/Trane Technologies Global Legal Department.

Amber Sermersheim is the Legal Operations Manager at LaCalle Group, based in Indianapolis, IN. She is a dedicated legal professional who blends expertise in business law with a service-first approach to operations and problem-solving. With a background spanning legal operations and more than a decade of nonprofit organizational leadership, she specializes in delivering high-level support through clear communication and process optimization. Amber holds a degree in Legal Studies and Business Law.
