The 2025 State of the Industry Report (SOTI), based on the 2024 Harbor Law Department Survey in collaboration with CLOC, reveals critical trends shaping the legal operations landscape. This exclusive CLOC Southern California event dives into the report’s findings, offering data-driven insights and actionable strategies to elevate your legal ops function. Kevin Clem, Chief Growth Officer at Harbor, will explore key takeaways from the survey and their implications for advancing operational maturity.
