CLOC’s Voice and Brand Council (VBC) is tasked with guiding the evolution of our brand and communications. As the legal operations field grows, so does the need for CLOC’s messaging to reflect the breadth and dynamism of our community. The VBC, composed of members skilled in branding, marketing, and digital communication, works to ensure that our voice not only aligns with our mission but also resonates with the diverse perspectives within our membership.
The council’s strategic efforts are crucial in shaping how CLOC presents itself across various channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand identity. Through their contributions, the VBC plays a key role in maintaining CLOC’s status as a leader and innovator in the legal operations industry.

Jenn McCarron
President, CLOC | Head of Legal Operations & Technology
Netflix
Jennifer McCarron currently serves as Director of Legal Operations and Technology at Netflix. In her role she focuses on strategic financial management, technology and innovation, operations, and knowledge management for Netflix’s global legal function.
Before joining Netflix in 2018, Jenn spearheaded legal technology at Spotify in New York where she instituted foundational technologies and processes for contract management, matter management, legal hold management and litigation pipelines. Prior to Spotify, Jenn was a technology program manager in Cisco’s legal operations and technology function, designing the knowledge and information management program and products. Jenn has been involved in CLOC since its inception and has led both the New York and Los Angeles-area geographic chapters before joining the board in 2020.
Nick Johnstone

Nick Johnstone is Senior Global Marketing Manager for Integreon, a legal services provider. Based in the UK, Nick has over 15 years experience in all areas of marketing from Digital, Offline, Events and everything in-between. A highly creative marketer that focuses on making any campaign or promotion able to relate the audience on a human level. Having spent the last 5 years in legal services, he brings a wealth of knowledge and creative influence to his work.
Tiffany Kahnen
Head of Legal Operations

With nearly 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Tiffany Kahnen serves as the Head of Legal Operations for Sysdig, Inc. and co-chair of the company’s DEI council. Drawing on her experience, previously as both outsourced general counsel in her own practice and an in-house corporate lawyer, Tiffany excels at building operational excellence through scalable process, optimizing the use of legal vendors and driving expense management through building efficient partnerships with outside counsel. Prior to joining Sysdig, Tiffany demonstrated her tenacious commitment to aligning legal value with business objectives in founding Four Corners General Counsel, a legal practice that operated exclusively on a flat fee pricing model, at a time when the billable hour reigned supreme. Her ingenuity evidenced her deep commitment to deliver legal services that infuse value and align with the client’s best interest and business objectives. Ms. Kahnen focused her practice on providing companies corporate counsel and legal operations management, proactive and responsive to legal issues as they arise. Her penchant for aligning value and efficiency within the legal industry served her clients well.
Tiffany started her career in civil litigation, before transitioning to transactional corporate work and subsequently, moving in-house. With this versatile experience, Tiffany possesses empathy and relatability which allows her to forge deeper collaborations and partnerships, driving success in optimizing legal operations.
Tiffany holds her J.D. from Whittier Law School and B.A. from the University of Southern California, where she was a member of the National Championship Women’s Water Polo team.
Jeremiah Kincannon

Jeremiah is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations & Program Management at Stoel Rives, LLP. With a focus on Fortune 50 clients, Jeremiah leads cross-functional teams and operations, managing accounts with revenues exceeding $30M. Prior to his current role, Jeremiah held key positions at Simpluris, Inc. and as a Project & Operations Management Consultant for firms and companies across the nation. His expertise lies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and scalable business model development. Jeremiah’s career is marked by significant accomplishments, including creating strategic programs from the ground up, slashing financial reporting time, and orchestrating department-wide optimizations, resulting in substantial cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic advancements.
Nataly Kozanian
Technical Project Manager, Legal Operations
Nataly Kozanian is a seasoned in-house legal operations professional, renowned for her deep expertise in establishing robust data integration pipelines that ensure seamless coverage across functional platforms. Nataly has modernized legal teams within the software industry at major companies, including Meta, Autodesk, Broadcom (previously VMware), and Symantec, by developing decision frameworks that leverage data alongside other expert decision-support tools.
As a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams for over a decade, Nataly supports day-to-day operational escalations by guiding Legal teams to establish a prioritization-driven methodology, standardize processes, and foster cross-functional collaborations. She plays a key role in advancing the maturity of processes across various legal practice areas, including Commercial, Intellectual Property/Product, Privacy/Data Protection, Mergers & Acquisitions, Compliance, and Risk/Regulatory functions.
These days, Nataly is focused on transforming the role of how legal services are delivered through generative AI. A Salvadoran native raised in San Francisco, Nataly enjoys exploring the Bay Area with her family, celebrating her rich Salvadoran and Armenian heritage, and giving back to the Hispanic community.
Stacy Lettie
Chief of Staff to the General Counsel

Stacy spent almost 23 years practicing law as an in-house attorney, and now claims she is now fully in recovery as a Legal Operations Professional. She currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the General Counsel of Organon, heading up Strategic Planning and Legal Operations. Prior to joining Organon, Stacy spent the last 15 years developing the skills to become a Legal Operations specialist with deep experience in department analytics, process mapping and improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, cost control, vendor and budget management and legal tech implementation. Skilled in driving and building operational efficiencies to improve business performance, Stacy has worked in Fortune 500, Global Corporations in the Banking, Entertainment and Education industries as well as with Global Startups building Legal Operations Teams. She is passionate about using data to drive decision making and reduce risk, working closely with top executives to develop strategic plans that align with corporate objectives and implementing creative solutions to complex operational issues. Stacy did her undergraduate work at Lehigh University and holds a JD from Rutgers University. Previously, Stacy served as the co-Leader of CLOC NYC, is an active member of CHIEF and sits on the Wolters Kluwer Advisory Board .
Leah Molatseli

Leah Molatseli is a lawyer, published author, and engaging speaker, renowned for her innovative contributions to Legal Tech. As the founder of Contract Alchemists, she focuses on modernizing legal teams through legal operations, agile methodologies, and technology, propelling the legal sector into a new era of efficiency and effectiveness.
Leah’s academic endeavors include guest lecturing at the University of Cape Town, where she enlightens legal professionals on the transformative power of legal tech. A Mandela Washington Fellow and University of Notre Dame alum, Leah’s dedication to advancing legal tech is further evidenced by her ISF Africa fellowship in 2023 and her recent shortlisting for the Women in Law Awards Justitia 2023. Her leadership roles extend to the Advisory Board for the Global Legal Tech Hub and national representation for the Global Legal Tech Consortium.
Leah’s significant contributions to legal tech innovation have earned her accolades such as being named one of the International Legal Technology Association’s Most Influential Women in Legal Tech for 2022 and an American Bar Association 2022 Women of Legal Tech Honoree.

She specializes in legal automation and being a jack of all trades. Janessa is based in Portland, OR.
Ingrid Sablayrolles

Ingrid Sablayrolles serves as the Legal Operations Director at Continental, bringing over six years of legal industry experience to the role. Her journey has spanned from law firm practices to in-house legal departments, culminating in a profound engagement with Legal Operations over a year ago.
Her fervor for process automation and technological innovation has led to the development of various tools. She has been instrumental in creating a Global Legal Hub App utilizing Mendix, and she’s crafted ticketing tools with platforms like Monday and Power Automate/Power Apps.
Ingrid’s talents extend beyond technology; she is adept at event organization, game creation, and the design of logos, banners, slogans, and infographics. Her dedication to knowledge sharing is evident through her initiative of a video channel, ‘LOps Tool Tips’, which she personally launched and manages.
Outside her professional endeavors, Ingrid’s personal interests include pottery, yoga, gaming, and bread baking — a nod to her French roots. Her zest for life is enriched by exploring new languages and immersing herself in diverse cultures through travel.
Eager to contribute her skills, creativity, and energy, Ingrid joins the Voice and Brand Council with anticipation, ready to play a key part in driving its collective success.
Tanya Svoboda

Tanya Svoboda is an accomplished content and brand leader with expertise in legal tech, focusing on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and e-billing, and deep experience in public policy, SaaS, and real estate.
Tanya is pleased to contribute her expertise to the CLOC Voice and Brand Council, enriching CLOC’s brand identity and community engagement. She looks forward to amplifying the organization’s mission to serve the in-house legal community in collaboration with other talented council members.
In her downtime, Tanya enjoys life in the Chicagoland area with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She loves a good laugh, appreciates Cohen Brothers movies, and always has a good book at hand.
Brett Tarr

Brett Tarr currently serves as Associate General Counsel, Privacy & Information Governance at Collibra. Brett is a highly accomplished strategic leader demonstrating over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership and complex data-centric problem-solving, defining the vision and strategy execution in development of programs and workflows for information governance, data privacy, legal operations, and e-discovery. Brett specializes in developing innovative programs and partnerships to improve business processes, compliance, data privacy, and client-focused operations across the technology, legal, and entertainment industries.
Brett takes a holistic approach to legal challenges, leveraging innovative processes and emerging technologies to create new workflows, improve operating efficiencies, and optimize risk for law departments and organizations overall. He works to drive a proactive legal function that turns the Law Department into a business partner rather than a reactive cost center.
Brett participates in numerous industry workgroups including EDRM, ACC, IAPP, CLOC, ARMA, AIIM, IGI, and Sedona Conference, as well as publishing content for ILTA, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and other national publications. He has authored numerous articles and speaks regularly on a range of topics including electronic discovery, computer forensics, legal analytics, information governance, data privacy, data security, and development of defensible processes.
Brett obtained his undergraduate degree from UCLA, his JD from Duke University, as well as earning an MBA from Georgia State University.
Courtney Weidner

Courtney Weidner, a Philadelphia native now residing in the Bay Area, embracing new challenges and opportunities both in and out of the dynamic legal landscape. A current Legal Operations Associate at Google, Courtney leads the account management function with a focus on preferred paneling and outside counsel performance.
Her journey in legal ops began at an AM Law 100 firm, where she was dedicated to driving value and optimizing legal services. She then transitioned into legal operations consulting, working with various organizations to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness. Her passion continued to grow as she took on her first in-house role, overseeing the Legal Operations department at the Clorox Company. There, she concentrated on budget management, spend control, and technology optimization.
Courtney holds an insatiable affinity for personal branding and marketing and truly believes in the power of storytelling. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, staying active, indulging in a good book, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and adorable Frenchie, Taco.
