Stacy has been deeply engaged in the CLOC community since 2016, serving as Co-Lead of the New York Regional Group and now as Lead of the Webinar Workgroup within the Voice and Brand Council. She is also a frequent CGI speaker, Legal Ops 101 contributor, and trusted mentor, known for her pragmatic approach and dedication to advancing the profession.
Stacy brings over two decades of legal and operational experience to her role as Vice President of Legal Innovation and Transformation at Johnson & Johnson, where she leads efforts to transform the Global Law Organization and how it operates through AI, smarter operations, and data-driven approaches. Her work focuses on building high-performing legal teams that deliver greater efficiency and measurable business results.
Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Stacy spent more than 20 years as an in-house attorney and operations leader across Fortune 500 companies in banking, entertainment, and education. Her expertise in analytics, process design, workflow automation, and vendor management has helped transform how legal departments operate and deliver value.
Stacy’s leadership philosophy centers on integrity, connection, and empowerment—building environments where people and performance thrive. Beyond CLOC, she serves on the Wolters Kluwer and Priori Advisory Boards and is an active member of CHIEF. When she’s not driving strategic transformation, Stacy finds joy in mentoring emerging professionals and championing collaboration within the legal ops community.
