Mission Statement: The CLOC Inclusion & Social Impact Council exists to foster a professional community rooted in access, opportunity, and belonging. We develop inclusive leadership, share resources that advance equitable practices, and promote a culture where everyone in legal operations can thrive.

Vision Statement: We envision a legal operations ecosystem and society where diverse perspectives are valued, inclusive leadership is the norm, and every professional has the opportunity to grow, connect, and lead.
