Mike Haven is Senior Director, Associate General Counsel and Head of Legal Operations at Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC), the world’s largest semiconductor chip manufacturer, where he leads the operations function of the Growth Acceleration Team across the global enterprise. On the cutting-edge of legal department management, Mike and his team create, implement and develop some of the industry’s most innovative policies, procedures, and tools for better and more efficient client service. 

Prior to Intel, Mike served as Senior Director, Associate General Counsel and Head of Legal Operations at Gap Inc. (NYSE: GPS), a Fortune 200 fashion retail powerhouse, where he built the legal operations program from scratch to an advanced stage. Other prior roles have been as Senior Counsel, Legal Operations and Litigation at NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP), a Fortune 500 data management and storage provider, and outside legal counsel to sophisticated businesses and individuals for more than a dozen years, most recently as a partner at Global 100 law firm K&L Gates LLP. 

Mike has served on the CLOC board since 2019 and as president from 2021 through 2023.
