As a CLOC Board Member and longtime contributor to the legal operations community, Jerry Levine champions innovation, communication, and collaboration as the cornerstones of transformation. For more than five years, he has helped shape CLOC’s mission—participating in multiple CGI events, supporting member engagement, and advancing the profession’s adoption of legal technology worldwide.

In his role as Chief Evangelist and General Counsel at ContractPodAi, Jerry brings both legal and business expertise to help teams work smarter through digital transformation and AI. Previously a global general counsel at Amelia (IPsoft), he implemented ContractPodAi’s own solution in-house before joining the company to lead thought leadership and client advocacy from the inside out.

Recognized by Legal 500 as one of the Top USA General Counsel, Jerry is a vocal advocate for what he calls “Legal Ops 3.0”—a movement focused on earning stakeholder trust through transparency, communication, and practical innovation.
