Through his many speaking roles at the CLOC Global Institute, Darth has helped legal professionals around the world understand how technology can be used not just to work smarter, but to lead change with purpose and humanity.

As Associate General Counsel and Managing Director of Policy and Legal Ops+ at Ford Motor Company, Darth leads teams of legal and policy professionals focused on client service excellence, operational innovation, and the responsible use of AI. Under his leadership, Ford has become an industry pioneer in applying artificial intelligence to legal and policy operations, transforming how legal services are delivered and measured.

A former trial attorney and business technology consultant, Darth blends deep legal acumen with a passion for practical innovation. His work focuses on designing scalable, ethical, and results-driven systems that make legal operations a strategic driver of business value.

Darth’s leadership philosophy centers on connection, empowerment, and continuous improvement—values he brings to every conversation within the CLOC community. He is passionate about helping CLOC members form deeper, more personal networks across its growing global community.

Outside of work, Darth serves on the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation board and is a devoted father of four daughters. He finds inspiration in helping others grow, both professionally and personally, and in building a more human-centered future for legal operations.
