LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
For the first time ever, CLOC invites nominations from its members to fill seats on the CLOC Board of Directors. This is your chance to help shape the future of our organization and the legal operations profession. We’re looking for strategic, engaged, and dynamic leaders who reflect the diversity of our global membership and are ready to guide CLOC into its next chapter.
The Nominating Committee, led by our Executive Director and composed of current Board Members, will manage the Board Nomination process.
The Board nomination window is now open and runs through Friday, May 16. You can nominate yourself or a peer from across the CLOC community. Eligible candidates must be CLOC members and meet all the requirements stated in the CLOC Bylaws.
The Nominating Committee will review submissions and invite candidates to complete a short application. Applications must be complete and submitted by Wednesday, June 4.
Candidate interviews will take place this summer. Final selections will be announced in the fall, with terms beginning January 2026.
CLOC Board Members help set direction, vision, and strategic goals of CLOC. The Board represents our global membership, and keeps us focused on our mission—serving our members within the legal ecosystem to enhance the business and practice of law.
