About me:

I’m a passionate Legal Operations professional, community leader, lifelong learner, and proud mother of nine. I currently serve as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Agiloft, where I partner with organizations to drive meaningful outcomes through contract lifecycle management, strategic customer engagement, and technology adoption. My journey hasn’t followed a traditional path. As a former foster youth, I’ve learned the value of resilience, determination, faith, and creating opportunities even when the odds seem stacked against you. Those experiences have shaped my approach to leadership, my passion for helping others, and my belief that our beginnings do not determine our destinations.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across Legal Operations, legal technology, contract lifecycle management, eBilling, procurement, and operational transformation. I’ve had the privilege of helping organizations implement technology, improve processes, manage legal spend, and build more efficient and strategic legal functions. What excites me most is the opportunity to bridge the gap between people, processes, and technology while making a meaningful impact. I’m also honored to serve as a CLOC Atlanta Co-Regional Leader, helping cultivate a community where professionals can connect, learn, collaborate, and grow.

Additionally, I’m the founder of OpsByFranny, LLC, where I channel my passion for education, knowledge sharing, and empowering others through Legal Operations insights and resources. Outside of work, I’m pursuing my MBA, raising my family, and embracing every opportunity to learn, lead, and serve.

My faith and family are my foundation, and I believe deeply in the power of mentorship, authentic relationships, and opening doors for others. If there’s one thing I’d want my peers to know, it’s that I don’t measure success solely by professional accomplishments. I measure it by the relationships I’ve built, the challenges I’ve overcome, and the people I’ve been able to encourage along the way. I firmly believe that when one of us grows, we create opportunities for others to grow too.

Why I love being a CLOC member:

When I think about why I love being a CLOC member, one word immediately comes to mind: “community.” Not just professional networking or exchanging industry knowledge, but genuine relationships with people who see your potential, invest in your growth, and celebrate your success as if it were their own.

My CLOC journey became especially meaningful because of one person: Delphina Turner. I met Delphina at an ACC conference, where we happened to sit next to each other at dinner. What seemed like an ordinary seating arrangement became one of the most meaningful connections of my professional journey. Delphina took me under her wing, and from that moment forward, she became so much more than a professional connection. She became my mentor, advocate, encourager, and someone who genuinely believed in me. She has encouraged me, advised me, challenged me, and, in the most loving way, pushed me beyond my comfort zone. There were moments when I questioned my own abilities, but Delphina saw something in me that I hadn’t fully recognized in myself. “She believed in me when I doubted myself.” That kind of mentorship is something you never forget, and it’s something I hope to extend to others.

That’s what makes CLOC so special to me. It’s a community where relationships extend beyond conferences, job titles, and LinkedIn connections. It’s where knowledge is shared generously, doors are opened, and people genuinely want to see one another succeed.

Today, serving as a CLOC Atlanta Co-Regional Leader allows me to give back to a community that has given me so much. Whether we’re bringing professionals together for an event, sharing experiences, introducing someone to a new opportunity, or simply encouraging someone who needs to hear that they belong, every interaction matters. I love being a CLOC member because I’ve experienced firsthand what happens when community becomes more than a word. It becomes a source of confidence, belonging, growth, and opportunity. Delphina’s mentorship taught me that sometimes all it takes is one person believing in you to change the direction of your journey. My hope is to be that person for someone else. That’s why I love CLOC. That’s why I serve. And that’s why community will always matter to me.

My advice for other legal ops professionals:

Never underestimate the value you bring to the table, and never allow the fear of not knowing everything to keep you from taking a seat at it. Legal Operations is an ever-evolving industry, and none of us started out knowing everything. Be curious, ask questions, challenge processes, embrace change, and never stop learning. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone, because some of your greatest opportunities for growth will come from the moments when you feel the least prepared.

Equally important, build genuine relationships, seek mentorship, and be intentional about pouring into others. Find people who challenge you, encourage you, and see your potential, even when you struggle to see it yourself. And as you grow, remember to turn around and extend that same encouragement to someone else. I’ve learned that you don’t need a particular title, a perfect career path, or every certification to make a meaningful impact. Your experiences, perspective, willingness to learn, and ability to solve problems are valuable. My greatest advice is this:

Don’t wait until you feel qualified to show up. Show up, speak up, keep learning, and take up space. You belong in the room, and your voice matters. And when you find yourself in a position to open a door for someone else, hold it open. There’s room for all of us to succeed.

A fun fact about me:

I’m a proud mom of NINE children eight boys and one girl! Yes, you read that correctly, NINE!

And if that wasn’t enough to keep life interesting, I’ve also entered my Lovey (Grandma) era, which has been such a blessing! Between being a mom, a lovey, pursuing my MBA, building my career, and staying involved in the Legal Operations community, I’ve become pretty skilled at managing multiple projects, navigating unexpected challenges, and negotiating with some of the toughest stakeholders you’ll ever meet my children!

I often joke that my first experience in project management, conflict resolution, contract negotiations, and change management started right at home! My life is beautifully busy, sometimes chaotic, and always full of love, laughter, and lessons. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. And through it all, a good cup of coffee, my faith, and a little humor keep me going!
