Throughout her tech career, she has centered diversity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity in both systems design and leadership, ensuring that moderation workflows and policies protect vulnerable communities. Jessica has also served as a long-standing ERG leader, helping build inclusive, compliant escalation processes. Prior to her career in technology, she worked in film and television in Los Angeles.
