Andrew Greenfeld is the Legal Operations Lead at Zoom, based in Illinois, US. He directs the legal operating model, the outside counsel program, mandatory training, and the technology that supports in-house and outside counsel discovery and litigation. Andrew has also helped shape and develop Zoom’s customer-facing eDiscovery solutions and Zoom Compliance Manager. A veteran of more than 20 trials and arbitrations in private practice at global law firms, Andrew brings a trial-informed perspective to modernizing legal work through data and responsible AI.
