CLOC Brasil Updates Leadership Structure for 2026
CLOC Brasil is entering its next chapter with an updated leadership structure designed to support continued growth across the country.
Over the past several years, volunteer leaders have built strong momentum for legal operations in Brazil. Regional events, peer exchange, and local engagement have expanded the reach of the network and strengthened connections among professionals nationwide. As that activity has grown, the leadership team has introduced a refreshed governance model to support the next phase.
Regional Leadership
Guilherme Tocci, Managing Partner at KPMG Brasil, and Flávia Furlan, Sr. Program Manager, Legal Ops at Uber, will serve as Regional Leaders. Flávia will serve a two-year term, providing continuity through 2027. Guilherme will focus on guiding the transition to the updated structure during a one-year term.
Local Leaders
To support engagement at the state level, CLOC Brasil has introduced Local Leaders:
- Bahia: Theonio Freitas, Partner, PPF Advocacia
- Ceará: Patrícia Cáula, Head of Legal Ops, André Menescal Advogados
- Minas Gerais: Cristina Guimarães, Legal Ops Manager, Anglo American
- Paraná: Jéssica Honda, Legal Coordinator, Positivo Tecnologia
- Rio de Janeiro: Douglas Ferreira, Legal Ops Coordinator, Norsk Hydro
Community Managers
Two Community Managers will focus on member engagement and communication:
- Noara Marcandalli, Legal Ops Manager at Grupo Boticário
- Rodrigo Manfrin, Legal Ops Manager at Bayer
Advisory Committee
An Advisory Committee will provide strategic support and continuity:
- Gabriela Pereira, Head of Legal at Zenvia
- Paulo Silva, Director of Legal Operations at eLaw
- Vanessa Zaccaria, Executive Legal Operations Manager at Suzano
Community Operations
CLOC Brasil has also introduced a part-time Community Operations role to support coordination and execution. Ana Guimarães, Legal Operations Coordinator at Afya, will serve in this position. This marks the first paid operational role within CLOC Brasil and reflects the scale of activity now underway.
These updates reflect the natural evolution of a growing regional network. CLOC Brasil remains community-led and focused on advancing legal operations practice across the country. The refreshed structure is intended to support local momentum while maintaining the collaborative spirit that has defined the group from the beginning.
We look forward to what 2026 will bring for CLOC Brasil and the broader legal operations ecosystem in the region.
