Steve Harmon is the COO & General Counsel at Elevate, based in Utah. He has over 20 years of experience working in large in-house business development and legal organizations and has led the legal and corporate development functions at Elevate since 2018. Steve was a founder of CLOC and is an acknowledged international leader in the professionalization of the legal operations role. Formerly Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Cisco, Steve had lead responsibility for technology licensing for the routing segment and oversight for the legal development of the telepresence line of collaboration products. He received his J.D. and B.S. in Management Information Systems and Services from Brigham Young University.
