Andrea Shaheen is the Director of Global Legal Talent Development & Inclusion at Stryker, based in Campbell, CA. She leads global talent development, training, and education efforts for the department, with a remit that includes onboarding, department engagement, and community and inclusion. Prior to joining Stryker, Andrea was managing counsel within the in-house legal department at Intel, where she served as Chief of Staff to the General Counsel and led legal talent development and DE&I efforts.
