As a longtime CLOC member and founding member of the Education Advisory Council, Kurt Grasinger has helped shape the next generation of legal operations learning. He played a key role in launching CLOC Academy, volunteers as a session architect and instructor at CGI, and continues to embody CLOC’s mission of peer learning and service across the legal community.

At Meta, Kurt serves as Legal Operations & Outside Counsel Manager on the Global Legal Operations & Strategy team, where he focuses on optimizing how the company engages legal service providers around the world. His work drives smarter collaboration, better cost management, and thoughtful technology adoption across global teams.

With more than 20 years of experience in legal operations—including leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Marsh & McLennan, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Cox Enterprises—Kurt brings deep expertise in strategy, analytics, and transformation.

Fluent in several languages and an avid traveler, Kurt also volunteers with the Cal Pride Scholarship program at UC Berkeley, supporting educational access and inclusion. His leadership reflects a lifelong belief that learning, collaboration, and innovation go hand in hand in building stronger, more connected legal teams.
