Empowering collaboration and curiosity to make legal operations work better for everyone 

Kirsten brings a clear mission to her role as CLOC Board Member: help legal professionals use technology, process, and teamwork to deliver better results. She believes the future of legal operations depends on collaboration, continuous learning, and people-centered innovation.  

At Sutter Health, Kirsten serves as Vice President of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff for Legal & Risk Services, leading initiatives that improve financial management, vendor relationships, and knowledge sharing across the enterprise. With deep expertise in operational strategy, technology enablement, and process improvement, she helps transform complex challenges into simple, effective solutions. 

Within CLOC, Kirsten has led the Southern California Regional Group since 2018, uniting and expanding the local community while also serving on the CLOC Scholarship Review Committee and participating in the mentoring pilot program. Her leadership style is rooted in authenticity, service, and inclusion—creating space for others to grow and lead. 

Outside of work, Kirsten co-leads her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, finds inspiration outdoors, and is passionate about helping others find connection and purpose through community.
