Matt Duncan is the Head of Legal Operations at Transurban, based in Brisbane, Australia. In this role, he leads strategy development and implements the legal team’s operating methodology. Prior to this, Matt built and led legal operations at Australian Retirement Trust. He currently serves as co-chair of the Australian chapter of CLOC and is a member of CLOC’s Education Advisory Council. Matt enjoys influencing lawyers to embrace change and better articulate the value they generate for their organization and clients.
