The above-named author as the sole owner of the identified content (the “Work”) and all of the rights granted herein, hereby grants to Corporate Legal Operations Consortium, Inc. (“CLOC”), a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to edit, reproduce, reprint and distribute the Work in whole and authorizes CLOC and its designees to use author’s name, likeness, photograph, and biographical data in connection with CLOC’s use and promotion of the Work.

CLOC will review all submissions and remove all promotional references which are deemed inappropriate. Any edit which substantially changes the tone of the Work will be reviewed with the author first. CLOC will not use the Work in whole, or in part, without the author’s prior written consent. CLOC agrees that the author will retain ownership of the Work. The author will indemnify CLOC from and against claims arising from the infringement of third-party intellectual property rights by the Work.
